VOLUNTEER TO BE A DOCENT

DOCENTS NEEDED!

The Warsaw Biblical Gardens is in need of tour guides.  No plant knowledge is necessary.  A script is provided for you with information to share with groups about our plants and the Gardens.  Tours are up to one hour in length, but an hour and a half to two hours is needed for docent to be at the Gardens as you will need to come early to set up and greet the tour group.  Tours are scheduled throughout the summer and you can work as many as you would like.  Our head gardener will be available to answer specific plant questions as tour is given.  To volunteer as a docent, call 574-267-6419.

PLANT CARE VOLUNTEER

The Warsaw Biblical Gardens is a community enterprise, and we are always looking for volunteers. 

We have divided the gardens into several small parts, which can be cared for with one or two hours each week, depending on the segment. Our Head Gardener will be on site to assist with all gardening activities.

As with any garden there is always much to do and we need help to keep the gardens looking their best.  We would like to staff the garden with as many community volunteers as possible, so if you have an extra couple of hours per month or per week that you could give to help keep the gardens beautiful, we would greatly appreciate it.
